a charmed experience
quiet view spacious bathroom nespresso machine ample capsules
I was kinda surprised by the quiet courtyard view. The room reminded me of a sanctuary, it even included extra body creams. the bathroom was spacious, something i always appreciate after a long day. i found a nespresso machine with ample capsules, a thoughtful touch for coffee lovers!
The bed pillows weren't quite to my liking. They had an unusual square shape.

japanese theme comfortable room really good service
the japanese theme created a tranquil ambiance. my room offered comfortable accommodations that matched the aesthetic. i found the staff helpful and accommodating, they even provided an extra bed as a complimentary service.
the windows provided insufficient sound insulation. sleep proved difficult with this disruption.

fantastic stay!
helpful staff gluten-free bread convenient location
i found the staff helpful and friendly . the breakfast included gluten-free bread and soya milk, a good surprise. a metro station was conveniently located just a short walk away.
the neighbourhood felt a little unsafe at night.

friendly staff clean room early check-in convenient location
The staff members were very friendly and helpful . My room was clean upon arrival. I was able to check in a little early since my flight landed earlier than expected. The location near the metro station made getting around very easy.
I noticed the room did not have coffee or drinking water, a slight inconvenience.

a generally fine experience
clean room comfortable bed working internet no running water unresponsive staff evening issue
i found the room to be very clean. the bed was quite comfortable, and the heating system worked perfectly. i could easily work at the room table because the internet connection had good speed.
there were issues with the water in the bathroom. specifically, there were frequent episodes with no running water, either hot or cold, inconvenient. this seemed to occur especially in the evening and morning. i also noticed that the staff did not seem very responsive to the water issue. They said they fixed it, but it kept happening.
